15 Years of Storytelling

Journalist & Science Communicator
As a seasoned journalist, I have more than 2,000 published byline news and feature stories – earning 11 Associated Press and 8 GA Press awards for my work. Naturally, as my interests shifted to planetary and climate science, the type of evidence-based writing used in journalism transitioned well into science communication. Since focusing my career on STEM and educational storytelling, I've written content for NASA-funded research teams, top R1 research universities, and garnered more than 12 million views on YouTube videos I scripted about various astronomy, physics, and planetary science topics.
